Getting Started

Your first note in 60 seconds

Open the app, pick a template, fill three fields, tap Generate. Walks through the absolute fastest path from sign-in to a paste-ready SOAP note.

The fastest path from sign-in to a paste-ready note.

What you'll do

  1. Open the app — once you're signed in, you'll land on a fresh note workspace.
  2. Pick a template — tap one of the One-Tap Templates at the top (e.g. Initial Visit, Follow-Up, Acute Low Back). Templates pre-fill the most common defaults so you only edit what's different.
  3. Fill in the basics — quick checkboxes on the Subjective and Objective tabs. Skip anything that doesn't apply.
  4. (Optional) Mark a diagram — tap Diagrams and drop X/O markers on the body or spine chart. These get translated into prose automatically.
  5. Tap Generate Note — the finished SOAP note appears on the Copy tab, ready to paste.

Tips

  • Edits are instant — tap inside the generated note and just type. Your edits stay until you regenerate.
  • Copy is rich text — bold headings and lists survive the paste into IntakeQ, Jane, ChiroTouch, Word, Gmail, Google Docs, etc.
  • Diagrams paste as images in apps that support it (Word, Google Docs, Gmail, your EHR). For chat threads (Google Chat, Slack, Teams, iMessage) on a phone or tablet, tap Share Note (text + diagrams) to send everything in one tap via the system share sheet. On desktop or browsers without share-sheet support, use the Copy Image button on each diagram for a quick second paste, or Save Image to attach the PNG manually.
