Billing, upgrades, and refunds
How weekly billing works, how to upgrade or cancel, and when refunds apply.

Free trial
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of Practice. You won't be charged during the trial — set a card and we run the trial against it; cancel before day 7 and you owe nothing.
Upgrading
From inside the app: Profile → Plan → Upgrade to Practice. The change is prorated by Stripe — you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing week.
Cancelling
Profile → Manage Billing & Payment → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation requires 7 days' notice before your next renewal (we bill weekly). You keep access through the end of the current period.
Refunds
Because billing is weekly and you can cancel anytime, refunds are reserved for: duplicate charges, billing errors after a confirmed cancel, unauthorized charges, or extended outages. See the full Refund Policy.
Promo codes
If you have a promo code (e.g. from a launch campaign), enter it on the Stripe checkout page when upgrading — Stripe applies it automatically and shows the new total before you confirm.
